Hiding behind her mask is a smile our patients love to see. Roxanne has been Dr. Basta's "other" right hand and managing our back office since she joined our team in September 2006.
Roxanne received her Dental Assisting Certification from Northwest College in 2002 and has been practicing dental assisting ever since.
Some may perceive her quiet personality as shy, but we see it as one of our greatest asset for our patients as she is the greatest listener. Our patients find comfort in confiding with Roxanne their greatest dental fears and anxieties. She is able to help them overcome any apprehensions they may have by allowing them to verbalize their fears.
Armed with years of experience in the dental field, Roxanne is able to effortlessly walk our patients through any procedure, big or small, while ensuring all their comfort needs are met. She reinforces Dr. Basta's teachings to our patients on how to maintain their oral care long after they leave our practice. Her quiet personality and sincere smile, sheds away any reservations our patients may feel.
Alicia Maciel
Patient Coordinator
Most likely she will be the first and last person whom you speak to when you visit our office, and her laugh is like no other! She is the voice behind our phones here at St. Mary Dental and she keep our front office running efficiently.
Alicia received her Dental Assisting Certification from Hesperia Regional Occupational Program in 2003 and has been practicing in the dental field ever since. She joined our practice in January 2008 and our patients have enjoyed working with her ever since.
She is our patient account and insurance specialist. She is able to answer any questions our patients may have regarding their accounts, treatment plan, payments, and insurance benefits. Alicia's extensive experience in the field of dentistry enables her to guide our patients to select the best treatment for them.
With her cheery smile and optimistic personality, she is here to answer any questions our patients may have without hesitation.
Brenda Torres

As our we grow our practice to better serve our extended family of patients, we are proud to annouce the newest addition to our team: Brenda Torres. Brenda joined our team in September 2008 and has been an active part of our team assisting Dr. Basta and providing superior care to our patients.
The youngest member of our team, Brenda received her Dental Assisting certificate from Bryman College in 2005 and has been practicing dental assisting ever since. She is currently attending Citrus Community College to continue her education in the field of dentistry and achieving her career goal of becoming a Dental Hygienist. Her efforts to further her education in the field of dentistry is proof of her dedication to providing superior care to our patients.
Her quiet and reserved personality allows her to become more observant of our patients' needs and cater to their comfort without being asked. Providing superior dental care is her mission; whether it is reinforcing Dr. Basta's teachings, or applying her current studies to better serve our patients.
Our patients enjoy Brenda's presence as well as her easy going personality. They become at ease when talking to her about any apprehension they may have regarding their treatment.
